Tartelettes aux tomates cocktail, Moutarde au piment d'Espelette Pommery®

Ingredients

  • 250g puff pastry
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes (larger than cherry tomatoes)
  • 2 cl olive oil
  • 50 g Pommery® Espelette pepper mustard
  • Salt

Recipe Instructions: Cocktail Tomato Tartlets with Pommery® Espelette Pepper Mustard

  • Prick the puff pastry generously with a fork or a quick-pick tool so that it doesn't puff up too much during baking.
  • Use a cookie cutter to create 20 rounds of puff pastry, each 3 cm in diameter, and place a small dollop of Pommery® Espelette Pepper Mustard on each round.
  • Place half a washed cocktail tomato on each tartlet.
  • Season with olive oil and salt
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly, then top with a dollop of Pommery® Espelette Pepper Mustard.
