Ingredients
- 250g puff pastry
- 10 cocktail tomatoes (larger than cherry tomatoes)
- 2 cl olive oil
- 50 g Pommery® Espelette pepper mustard
- Salt
Recipe Instructions: Cocktail Tomato Tartlets with Pommery® Espelette Pepper Mustard
- Prick the puff pastry generously with a fork or a quick-pick tool so that it doesn't puff up too much during baking.
- Use a cookie cutter to create 20 rounds of puff pastry, each 3 cm in diameter, and place a small dollop of Pommery® Espelette Pepper Mustard on each round.
- Place half a washed cocktail tomato on each tartlet.
- Season with olive oil and salt
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then top with a dollop of Pommery® Espelette Pepper Mustard.
