Ingredients
- Pommery® honey & roasted spices mustard
- 3 onions
- Honey
- Butter
- Sliced sandwich bread
- Comté cheese
- Arugula
- Thyme
Recipe process
- Add the chopped onion, honey in a frying pan and stir fry for about ten minutes until the onions are soft and caramelized. Add a little water if necessary.
- Butter the inside of each slice of bread.
- On two of the slices, buttered side, add the slices of comté, mustard, then the onions and arugula. Add pepper and close with the other two slices of bread (buttered side inwards).
- Heat a frying pan with the tablespoon of oil. Place your grilled cheese in the pan and grill them over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are the desired color.
- Add some fresh thyme and enjoy!
