Ingredients
- Brie de Meaux (not too creamy): 350 g
- Mascarpone cream: 45 g
- Pommery® Old-fashioned mustard: 40 g
- Walnut kernels: 25 g
- Salt, pepper
Recipe process
Blend :- In a small bowl, mix the mascarpone cream, old-fashioned mustard, chopped walnuts, salt and pepper.
- Cut the Brie de Meaux in half horizontally.
- Top with the mixture and smooth with a spatula.
- Close the Brie, cover it with cling wrap, then leave to mature overnight in a cool place.
- The next day it is ready to be enjoyed in toasted country bread, accompanied by a mesclun salad with walnut oil dressing, Pommery® wine vinegar and Pommery® old-fashioned mustard.
