Brie de Meaux aux noix et moutarde à l’ancienne

Ingredients

  • Brie de Meaux (not too creamy): 350 g
  • Mascarpone cream: 45 g
  • Pommery® Old-fashioned mustard: 40 g
  • Walnut kernels: 25 g
  • Salt, pepper

Recipe process

Blend :
  • In a small bowl, mix the mascarpone cream, old-fashioned mustard, chopped walnuts, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the Brie de Meaux in half horizontally.
  • Top with the mixture and smooth with a spatula.
  • Close the Brie, cover it with cling wrap, then leave to mature overnight in a cool place.
  • The next day it is ready to be enjoyed in toasted country bread, accompanied by a mesclun salad with walnut oil dressing, Pommery® wine vinegar and Pommery® old-fashioned mustard.
