Socca, moutarde ancienne au miel

Ingredients

  • Chickpea flour: 100 g
  • Water: 200 g
  • Olive oil: 2 cl
  • Pommery® Old-fashioned mustard with honey: 80 g + 80 g
  • Whole egg: 1 pc (50g)
  • Fine salt

Recipe process

  • In a salad bowl, place the chickpea flour, a little salt, 80 g of old-fashioned honey mustard, the egg and the olive oil.
  • Mix with a whisk and dilute with water. Heat a non-stick frying pan and pour a small ladle of the mixture.
  • This batter should bubble in the pan. If it doesn't, heat the pan a little more.
  • Carefully turn the pancake over and brown the other side.
  • Place on a small plate, roll up and enjoy topped with old-fashioned honey mustard.
