Ingredients
- Chickpea flour: 100 g
- Water: 200 g
- Olive oil: 2 cl
- Pommery® Old-fashioned mustard with honey: 80 g + 80 g
- Whole egg: 1 pc (50g)
- Fine salt
Recipe process
- In a salad bowl, place the chickpea flour, a little salt, 80 g of old-fashioned honey mustard, the egg and the olive oil.
- Mix with a whisk and dilute with water. Heat a non-stick frying pan and pour a small ladle of the mixture.
- This batter should bubble in the pan. If it doesn't, heat the pan a little more.
- Carefully turn the pancake over and brown the other side.
- Place on a small plate, roll up and enjoy topped with old-fashioned honey mustard.
