Ingredients
- Radish: 1 bunch
- Butter: 80 g
- Fine herbs mustard: 40 g
- Salt
Recipe process
- Wash the radishes with their tops.
- Remove the leaves and cook them for 2 minutes in well-salted boiling water.
- Drain and cool in very cold water.
- Drain, squeeze between your hands, then mix finely. Place to dry on absorbent paper to remove all moisture.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and soften in a salad bowl.
- Add the fine herbs mustard and radish top pulp.
- Mix well and place in a ramekin. Dip the radishes in this butter.
