Ingredients
- Green mustard leaves: 150 g
- Pine nuts: 25 g
- Garlic clove: ½
- Dijon mustard: 60 g
- Parmesan powder: 15 g
- Grapeseed oil: 25 g
Recipe process
- Wash the green mustard leaves then drain them.
- Cook them in a large pan of hot salted water for 4 minutes, then drain and cool in iced water.
- Drain the cooked leaves then squeeze them between your hands. Place in a small blender and add the remaining ingredients.
- Mix very finely, and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
