Ingredients
- Mackerel: 4 x 300g
- White miso: 30 g
- Sweet soy sauce: 30 g
- Pommery® Old-fashioned mustard: 30 g
Recipe process
- Fillet the mackerels, remove the bones and then brush them with the mixture of white miso, sweet soy sauce and mustard.
- Cover and leave overnight to marinate. The next day.
- Preheat your oven to the grill position and heat very quickly (1 minute), or barbecue, or just with a blowtorch.
- Cover with marinade sauce. Serve hot, warm or cold.
