Filet de maquereau à la flamme, miso, sauce soja, moutarde ancienne

 

For: 4 people • Preparation : 10 minutes but marinate the mackerel the day before Cooking time : 2 minutes • Difficulty : easy

Ingredients

  • Mackerel: 4 x 300g
  • White miso: 30 g
  • Sweet soy sauce: 30 g
  • Pommery® Old-fashioned mustard: 30 g

Recipe process

  • Fillet the mackerels, remove the bones and then brush them with the mixture of white miso, sweet soy sauce and mustard.
  • Cover and leave overnight to marinate. The next day.
  • Preheat your oven to the grill position and heat very quickly (1 minute), or barbecue, or just with a blowtorch.
  • Cover with marinade sauce. Serve hot, warm or cold.
