Ingredients
- Onions: 2 pieces
- Flour: 150 g
- Cornstarch: 8 g
- Baking powder: 10 g
- Walnut oil: 25 g
- Brie beer: 180g
- Old-fashioned mustard : 25 g
- Salt
Recipe process
Batter:- Put all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl then pour in all the liquid ingredients.
- Peel the onions then cut them into 3mm thick slices.
- Dip each slice in the batter, remove the excess batter, and fry in oil at 180°C.
- Drain on absorbent paper, sprinkle with a little salt.
- Dip deliciously in old-fashioned cognac mustard.
